STARR Community Center


Opportunities at the Starr Community Center

The new C.V. Starr Community Center will open this summer, and the Mendocino Coast Park & Recreation District is looking for dance, yoga, music, and other instructors. The facility features 2 pools, a multi-purpose room, and a fitness room with a hardwood floor. The Center will also have a large conference facility complete with Wi-Fi and multimedia equipment. Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors Needed

Are you looking for the perfect part-time job? The Mendocino Coast Recreation & Park District is preparing for the Grand Opening of the C.V. Starr Community Center, and needs lifeguards and swimming instructors for the new aquatic facility. Candidates must be at least 15 years of age with good swimming skills. Red Cross Lifeguard training begins April 11, 2009. For more information call Tessie Branscomb at 964-9446.
