We have a couple of changes to our schedules starting in October.
The weight room will be closing at 7:00pm instead of 8:00pm on Monday- Thursday.
Monday Gentle Yoga will move from 10:30am-11:30am to 10:45am-11:45am.
We have a new Aqua Aerobics Instructor Summer!!! Summer will be teaching two classes on Mondays! Deep Water Aerobics 9:00am-10:00am and Water Fitness for Everyone 11:30am-12:30pm!
