I have been a fitness enthusiast since junior high when I started running, playing tennis, and lifting weights.

For 15 years, I have practiced and studied Yoga and Pilates. In college I studied all kinds of dance, where I found my passion.

Now, I teach many class formats including Zumba, Pilates, core, and Total Toning ( a blend of weights and core). In 2014, I became a licensed personal trainer.

I enjoy personal training because it gives me a chance to work one on one with individuals to help meet their specific needs.
