Swimming Streamlined Session Date: Mon/Wed/Fri, July 10- Aug 2 Age: 16 and Up Time: 5:30-6:30pm Cost: $120/Session Instructor: Mark Swimming Streamlined is an aquatic program that will also incorporate exclusive gym time and is designed to improve swimming skills through a focus on stroke mechanics and resistance training. Swimming instructor, Mark Riley, will be at the C.V. Starr Community Center pool on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, and Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the gym to assist with stroke development for swimmers from ages 16 and upward. Mark has held aquatic certifications from the American Red Cross, YMCA, and the University of Tennessee.
