One-on-One Time with Your Baby

This enriching session will guide you through activities that support your baby’s growth and your special bond. Together you will:

• 🤱 Strengthen Emotional Connection through mindful bonding activities.
• 🌀 Explore Movement Development with age-appropriate exercises.
• 🌱 Introduce Social Awareness to help babies interact with their environment.
• 🏃 Develop Gross Motor Skills to support coordination and balance.

• 🎶 Encourage Language Skillsthrough songs, rhythm, and repetition.

Deborah Phillips is a certified yoga instructor, retired performing artist, and healing arts practitioner with years of experience teaching creative movement for children. Her warm, supportive approach makes this a welcoming environment for both babies and parents.
