Aerial Silks Workshops with Shem

Join Shem for two special Aerial Silks Workshops designed for continuing students looking to take their training to new heights.

Session 1: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Session 2: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

These focused workshops are ideal for Level 3–4 students (ages 8 and up, including adults!)  who are ready to refine technique, build strength, and expand their aerial vocabulary. Each session includes guided warm-up, conditioning, skill progressions, and time for creative flow.

Cost: $40 per session
Location: Local Motion Studio, 100 N. Main St., Fort Bragg
