MCRPD HOOPSTARS!!

MCRPD Hoopstars is back with a new STYLE that is sure to be a hit! Our goal of this program is to increase the fundamentals and knowledge of basketball for K-2nd graders so that when they are starting their journey in our youth league at MCRPD, they are READY, SET, GO!

This program is designed with a two-hour clinic headed by Miles Hayes who is an outstanding local high school basketball coach, a high school referee, an athletic director, a basketball enthusiast and coach for over 25 years, but most of all an engaging, kind and fun basketball coach with a style that is sure to create a love for the game and increase skills! Coach Miles will have assistance at the program by local high school coaches!

This program will be 5 Satudays from March-April with a clinic style coaching class from 10-12pm, then the kids will get a 30 minute lunch break (the kids need to bring their own lunch but will be supervised), and then from 12:30pm-2:30pm the athletes will be organized into games assisted by local coaches.
