Class Description

Come build strength and stamina, and gain greater body awareness through this kettlebell-centric, small group exercise class.  Each exercise is coached to ensure its proper execution, creating a safe and effective way to explore and develop the power and subtlety of the human body. Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Regular attendance leads to the introduction and mastery of more advanced exercises.

Please wear clean indoor shoes
