The Water Safety Aide program is designed for students, ages 11 to 15, who will be taught the fundamentals of Water Safety and learn about the responsibilities and duties of C.V. Starr Lifeguards, and assist with water safety duties. We will learn that the role of our community lifeguards includes more than saving people. It’s also about preventing injuries and promoting safe behavior of pool patrons. Safety is the main role of lifeguards. This course will cover safety protocols of C.V. Starr.
