The weight room is open to those who are 16 years old and over. Children ages 12-15 are allowed with supervison. 12-15 year olds must have and adult 18 and over with them at all times. Childern under 12 years old are not premitted.
Our newly remodeled weight training and cardio fitness center has new flooring, mirrors and a 500 square foot free-weight section. We truly have something for everyone. Some of our equipment includes:
